Job Overview:

Our organization is looking for a personable and organized individual for the position of Guest Relations Manager. An outgoing and pleasant demeanor is necessary for this position.   • Manage decor and customer greeting routines for the front of house

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

  • BS in Hospitality, Business Management, Tourism, or other related fields
  • 3+ years of experience as a Guest Relations Manager
  • Excellent communicative and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong customer service background, specifically in the hospitality industry

  • Able to delegate job needs and manage staff
  • Experience with hotel management software

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
