Together Women Rise
Originally founded in South Carolina in 2003, this nonprofit has since blossomed into an international organization. It fights for gender equality across the planet by advocating for women and sponsoring organizations that seek to help empower women — both domestically and in countries around the world. Each year, Together Women Rise awards grants to organizations that support its cause and provide tangible benefits to women struggling in low-income environments who seek to better their lives.
