Bizee (Incfile) vs. Tailor Brands 2024

WHICH IS THE BEST LLC SERVICE FOR YOU?

Looking for the best LLC services? Bizee (formerly Incfile) and Tailor Brands both offer LLC formation services, but they are designed for entrepreneurs with different goals. Bizee has been around since 2004, helping business owners form LLCs at an affordable price. Tailor Brands is much newer to the scene, and it really stands out with its premium, all-in-one LLC formation and brand-building services.

Bizee is not a bad choice if you just want basic LLC formation services – although we recommend exploring more options if you’re on a budget. Tailor Brands, on the other hand, is our favorite premium service. If you want to not only form an LLC but also build a brand and establish an online presence, Tailor Brands is the way to go.

Recommended LLC Service: Tailor Brands

Bizee vs. Tailor Brands: Which Is Right for Your Business?

Our Approach:

When we started comparing Bizee and Tailor Brands, we focused on three main questions for our review:

  • Is it a good deal?
  • Is there a better deal?
  • Who uses this LLC service and how did they review their experience?

We analyzed the LLC formation services’ overall value, customer reviews, customer service, included features, and ease of use to determine which company is best for you and your business.

Quick Comparison:

1. Choose Tailor Brands if: You’re ready to launch your brand and establish an online presence and are willing to purchase a premium package to do so.

Tailor Brands’ Elite Plan ($199 + state fees) is a unique package of powerful business-building tools. For those willing to invest in their brand, this package is a standout from the competition. It includes everything you need to form an LLC, build a website, and start to build a brand.

This plan includes multiple powerful tools that you aren’t going to find many other places. You get access to one of the best logo makers out there and can create multiple logos as part of your package. It also includes graphic design tools for social media posts that let you customize the way they look to target specific markets. These and other AI-powered tools are more than worth the expense of the Elite package for the right entrepreneur.

Tailor Brands does have other packages, two at lower prices, but we think the Elite package is where the company shines. If you want to lean into branding and see where it can take your business, Tailor Brands is the right choice.

Tailor Brands

Tailor Brands provides the best premium, one-stop shop package ($199 + state fees) for entrepreneurs to form an LLC and build their online presence.

2. Choose Bizee if: You want to spend as little as possible on LLC formation and are willing to sacrifice a little on customer service to do so.

Bizee differentiates itself from the competition by offering the cheapest LLC formation service out there, the Silver Package ($0 + state filing fees). State fees can still run hundreds of dollars, so it’s not going to be “free” to form your LLC, but at least you don’t have to pay Bizee anything.

Bizee offers a surprising amount with its Silver plan, including a free year of registered agent service and assistance with annual compliance. It also processed orders quickly, often in as little as one business day.

One of the challenges with Bizee is getting in touch with customer service. While the customer service is decent, it can take a few tries to get help. That might not be a dealbreaker though if you are looking for an ultra-cheap option.

Although it costs a little more, we think Northwest Registered Agent is the best budget-friendly choice for LLC formation. Northwest gives you everything you need at an affordable price and is known for excellent customer service with quick response times.

3. Explore your options: All things considered, there are some other options to start your business in a fast, affordable, and reliable way.

For a budget-friendly plan with essential LLC features, we think Northwest Registered Agent ($29 + state fees) is the ideal choice.

Bizee vs. Tailor Brands: Customer Reviews

Bizee is used by entrepreneurs who:

  • Want the least expensive LLC formation option out there
  • Want a free year of registered agent service
  • Need quick order processing time
  • Don’t need branding or website services

Here are some verified Bizee reviews (from Trustpilot) by customers who used this formation service to help launch their business:

Incfile was the easiest and least confusing website for me. The fees are clear and best around

"So far the website was easy to use. Waiting to see how fast I get everything but for now it was easy and not too expensive.”

I scheduled 2 appointments through their online portal link that they sent me and both times I was sitting around waiting for them to call me and they never did. I called customer service and the woman I spoke to was very kind, she was having trouble reaching the representatives who handle those calls as well. I then received another text asking me to schedule a third call and when I responded saying I wasn’t sure I would even get a call if I scheduled another appointment, I got a message back saying “we got overlapping schedules” which confused me because I thought that’s why I made the appointment in the first place, so that our schedules didn’t overlap. It’s disrespectful to waste someone’s time like that. When you plan to have a phone call at a certain time and plan your day around it and then don’t receive a call, it’s frustrating. And the response I got was basically that they didn’t have time and weren’t making the call a priority. Overall I felt disrespected and absolutely frustrated.

Tailor Brands is used by entrepreneurs who:

  • Need to rapidly build a brand and establish an online presence
  • Want to create a customized, compelling logo
  • Need a website for their business
  • Can afford to pay a premium for an all-in-one service

Here are some verified Tailor Brands reviews (from Trustpilot) by customers who used this formation service to help launch their business:

"This was probably the easiest part of setting up my business. I had a vision in mind, and I had no idea how easy it would be using this software. It's exactly what I wanted. Thank you!"

"We did our 1st webpage with Tailor Brand. They were very efficient. Everything was coordinated by email and it went well. We are satisfied with the result given a fairly economic price."

"Really Cool Logo and simple set up, let’s see what the future holds for me thanks to this!"

Bizee vs. Tailor Brands Review Ratings

After conducting a quick comparison, we completed a more comprehensive review of Tailor Brands and Bizee LLC services based on:

  • Cost Value
  • Customer Service
  • Ease of Use
  • Included Features

Cost Value

Tailor Brands is an excellent value if you are ready to invest in branding and an online presence. It is not a cheap option, but it is the best option if you need to create a logo, stand out on social media, and create a website. In the end, the cost is more than worth it if you take full advantage of Tailor Brands’ business-building tools.

Bizee is also a solid deal. At $0 plus state filing fees, its basic package is as affordable as it gets. However, for basic LLC formation, we still prefer Northwest. It’s a little more expensive than Bizee, but we think you get a lot more for a slightly higher cost.

Customer Service

Tailor Brands has excellent customer service. You can reach someone 24/7 and get help, and you have three different communication options – email, live chat, and callbacks. If you need help, you should have no problem getting it.

Bizee has decent customer service. Plenty of reviews say that Bizee was helpful and solved their problems. However, it can take a few tries to get help, which could be frustrating in certain situations.

Ease of Use

Both Tailor Brands and Bizee are easy to set up and get started. Each is straightforward about what you are ordering and makes it clear what you are going to get.

Tailor Brands includes many more tools than Bizee does, and those tools can take some practice to get the best results. Any quality tool takes practice, though, so we don’t consider this a detriment to Tailor Brands. Its package is designed for those who want to go the extra mile with their branding.

Included Features

Tailor Brands includes a variety of tools and features for brand building and establishing an online presence. Those tools come at a premium price, but they are an excellent value for the right entrepreneur.

Bizee doesn’t include nearly as many features as Tailor Brands, but it’s also a lot cheaper. Its package is designed for those who just need to form an LLC. But since it includes a year of registered agent service, we think that for the price it has a solid set of features.

Summary

We think that Tailor Brands offers the best package for entrepreneurs who want both LLC formation and brand-building tools. If you want to form an LLC, create a website, and establish an online presence, Tailor Brands’ Elite package is right for you.

Bizee is also a respectable choice for basic LLC formation. It’s as cheap as they come and includes several features that make it worth considering. However, in the end, we still think that Northwest Registered Agent is the best budget-friendly option for LLC formation.

Tailor Brands

Tailor Brands provides the best premium, one-stop shop package ($199 + state fees) for entrepreneurs to form an LLC and build their online presence.
