How Do I File an Annual Report?
You can file your Tennessee LLC annual report through the Secretary of State website. You will need your Secretary of State Control Number to file, which you can find with the business information search.
The filing fee depends on how many members your LLC has. LLCs with more than six members must pay $50 per member on top of the base filing fee.

Due Date: Tennessee LLC annual reports are due every year by the first day of the fourth month following your LLC’s fiscal year-end (i.e., LLCs with a fiscal year-end of December will submit their annual reports by April 1).
Late Filings: Any annual report received after the due date will result in your LLC losing its good standing status with the state. Further failure to file an annual report could result in the dissolution of your Tennessee LLC.
