KEY CONSIDERATIONS: NATIONWIDE INCORPORATORS VS. BIZEE

When we started researching Nationwide Incorporators and Bizee, we focused on three main questions:

  • Is it a good deal?
  • Is there a better deal?
  • Who uses this service and how was their experience?

Answering these questions will boost your confidence so you can choose the best service to get your business up and running.

Which One is the Best Deal?

Bizee and Nationwide Incorporators are both established companies in their field with generally positive reviews.

However, Bizee is miles ahead in terms of overall value. Their basic package is $0 before state fees, and they offer premium features such as a year of registered agent service, business tax consultation, and company compliance alerts. Their middle and high tier packages are also reasonably priced and include services such as operating agreements, EIN registration, and web domain offers.

While they are a solid formation service, Nationwide Incorporators is on the pricier end of the formation spectrum. Their tiers are significantly costlier than Bizee’s, and they do not include registered agent service for any duration of time. That being said, they do offer operating agreements, EIN registration, and nice-to-have features such as customizable business documents.

Who Uses Each Service and What Was Their Experience?

Bizee
Bizee receives overwhelmingly positive reviews across customer review platforms. Satisfied users are those that are looking for premium formation services at a low cost.

“I have used several corporation filing/registered agent services over the years, and Incfile was by far the best. Customer service was excellent - Deziree' answered all of my questions promptly, and the entire process was very easy. They also had among the lowest prices for LLC formation, registered agency and a mailing address. I highly recommend Incfile.”

“They answer every question in NO TIME. They consult you (for free, of course) with every business matter there is. They will probably find a solution to each and every one of your business related problems. All of this in absolutely no time.”

Nationwide Incorporators
Despite having few reviews, Nationwide Incorporators still has equally positive customer reviews online. Customers that enjoyed their service were a fan of the smooth formation process and good customer service.

“I've been struggling with figuring out incorporating information for a while now, and good LORD do I wish I'd just gone straight to Mike at Nationwide. He made the murky waters of the whole process clearer in ten minutes than I've been able to do through Legal Zoom [sic] (who I will now NEVER use again) or any online explanations. So grateful to know I can have him on my team going forward. Thanks, Mike!”

“Mike came to us through a referral and we are so glad he did! He's incredibly knowledgable, breaks down the law into layman terms, takes questions without extra charges and is VERY quick to respond! We set up 3 new corporations with Nationwide and they have gone smoothly each time. The best is the price is absolutely reasonable!! Thank you Mike!”

RATING DETAILS: NATIONWIDE INCORPORATORS VS. BIZEE

This section takes an in-depth look at Nationwide Incorporators VS. Bizee, in terms of:

  • Value
  • Customer service
  • Ease of use
  • Included features

Value

Bizee has some of the best overall deals on the formation market. Their basic Silver package has a base price of $0, and their Gold and Platinum packages are also reasonably priced. Bizee offers a year of registered agent service in all of its packages as well as free tax consultation, next-day processing, and company compliance alerts. The biggest downside is that they do not offer features such as EIN registration and operating agreements in their basic package. However, they do offer these features on the middle and high-tier packages.

Nationwide Incorporators is one of the costlier formation services. Their basic package has a base price of $145, which only includes the formation process, name availability checks, and a sample operating agreement. They also do not include registered agent service on any of their formation tiers. That being said, they do provide attorney-level assistance with formation as well as nice additives on the higher tiers like EIN registration, priority processing, minute books, and membership certificates.

Customer Service

Bizee has a solid customer support system. They offer phone support during normal business hours as well as a question submission function on their website. During our trial run with their service, it took us a while to get in touch with a customer service representative. However, when we did, our representative was informative and friendly. Many of Bizee’s customer reviews also enjoyed their customer service experience.

Nationwide Incorporators offer professional customer service. This company is known for providing attorney assistance with formation, and online customer reviews note the attentiveness of customer service representatives as well as their ability to break things down into layman’s terms. Besides that, they also offer phone support and an online contact service.

Ease of Use

Bizee makes formation straightforward and easy to navigate. Their website has a clean design and the package comparison page clearly shows the differences in features and their descriptions. The formation process only took us 10-15 minutes during our trial run, and Bizee offers the ability to save in the middle of the process and come back later.

Nationwide Incorporators offers professional service, but its website layout is somewhat outdated. The package comparison page, once you get to it, has an understandable setup that shows its additional services and their prices. However, the webpages can get cluttered with content and the overall design seems dated. This may prove to be inconsequential to some and overwhelming to others.

Included Features

Bizee offers great features at all package levels. While their basic package does not include essential features such as EIN registration or operating agreement creation, they do offer a year of registered agent service as well as tax consultation, next-day processing, and company compliance alerts. Higher tiers include EIN registration and operating agreements as well as a free website, expedited processing, and a formation kit.

Nationwide Incorporators offers additional services for a premium. Like Bizee, they do not offer EIN registration or operating agreement creation at their basic package level and instead offer these features for higher tiers. They also offer a la carte features such as Seller’s Permit application preparation, general business license application preparation, and C or S corporation election form preparation. However, the lack of registered agent service at any tier is noticeable when compared to competitors that do offer it for a lower overall price.
