During our trial run with their service, it took us a while to get in touch with a customer service representative. However, when we did, our representative was informative and friendly. This company is known for providing attorney assistance with formation, and online customer reviews note the attentiveness of customer service representatives as well as their ability to break things down into layman’s terms.
