Bizee and SunDoc are established formation services with overall satisfied customer bases.

However, Bizee offers more for less overall. Their base formation price for their Silver package is zero dollars — the lowest that we’ve seen on the market. The Silver package includes a year of registered agent service, as do all of their packages. The Gold and Platinum packages include EIN registration, operating agreements, and banking resolutions, while the Platinum package introduces a free domain name and expedited filing.

SunDoc’s formation prices are not the most expensive, but they are definitely not the cheapest option on the market. None of their packages include registered agent service or operating agreement services, and they do not introduce EIN registration until the highest package tier. Some of the services that Bizee includes in their packages are available for additional fees with SunDoc.

Bizee’s available online reviews are very positive. Satisfied users liked the responsive customer service as well as the easy filing process.

SunDoc’s online customer reviews are also majority positive. Again, customers praised the attentive support staff but also indicated a quick formation process.

It’s hard to find a better deal than Bizee’s Silver package. With their zero-dollar base price for their Silver package and their inclusion of a year of registered agent services, Bizee is a great choice for businesses looking for good service on a budget.

Both Bizee and SunDoc are solid formation options with a collection of positive customer reviews online. However, Bizee offers more services in their packages for a lower cost.

Bizee gives you essential services for a competitive cost. As we mentioned previously, their Silver package has a zero-dollar base cost — you just have to pay the state filing fees. All of their packages include registered agent service for one year, and both their Gold and Platinum packages add services like EIN registration, operating agreements, banking resolutions, and more. All in all, you get a lot for what you pay for, especially on the higher-tier packages.

SunDoc’s packages are pricier, but they are still competitive on the market. Their basic package is $79 — not the most expensive, but not the most cost-effective. Only their highest-tier package includes EIN registration, and features like registered agent service and operating agreements are only available for additional fees. Their base package prices are average, but adding in essential features can make the cost go up quickly.

Bizee’s customer service is generally excellent. In addition to phone support, they also provide a question submission function on their website. While it did take us a while to get in touch with a customer service representative, our eventual representative was informative and friendly. Bizee’s available online reviews also have nothing but nice words about the customer support they received.

SunDoc’s customer service is quick and easy to navigate. They provide phone and email support during regular business hours, and many of their customer reviews praise the speed of their customer service dealings. However, some of the more critical reviews have mentioned that customer complaints often appear to be ignored or misunderstood by the support staff.

Bizee’s formation process is clear and easy to use. The package comparison page on their website describes each feature and additional fee, leaving nothing to question. Our experience with Bizee’s formation process only took 10-15 minutes, and we were given the ability to save and come back to the filing later.

SunDoc’s website layout is overall clean and straightforward. Their formation package comparison page shows exactly what is included in the base package prices and states the fees for any optional services as well. The checkout process is also clear as to what information they need from you for the signup process.

All of Bizee’s packages offer great features. Their Silver package does not include things like EIN registration or operating agreement services, but they do offer a year of registered agent service as well as tax consultation, next-day processing, and company compliance alerts. The Gold tier includes EIN registration, operating agreements, and corporate formation kits, while their Platinum tier introduces expedited processing and a free domain name.

Many of SunDoc’s additional features come at an additional price. None of their package tiers includes registered agent service or operating agreement services, and only their highest-tier Premier package includes EIN registration. While the Premier package does include an LLC kit and seal, the formation packages do not offer much as part of their price. Businesses will have to pay extra for more features.

Bizee stands out between the two basic packages due to their zero-dollar base formation fee and their one-year registered agent service. SunDoc provides the bare formation process at this level.

SunDoc only introduces state business name availability at their middle tier, while Bizee continues to include registered agent service and adds EIN registration, operating agreements, free lifetime alerts, their Gold corporate kit, and a deal on web hosting services.

It is at this tier that SunDoc includes EIN registration as well as an LLC kit and seal. However, Bizee adds faster processing times, a free web domain, and a Platinum corporate kit and seal at this level.
