Best Hawaii LLC Service: Northwest

We recommend Northwest Registered Agent as the overall best online business formation service because of its affordability and knowledgeable customer support.

1. Northwest

Northwest's incorporation service starts at just $29 plus state fees; it includes Hawaii LLC filing, premium registered agent services, customer privacy protection, online document dashboard, free mail forwarding, and more.

Northwest is known for its top-notch customer service; they provide their clients with Corporate Guides, who are highly trained US-based support agents. Every customer gets a Corporate Guide assigned to their specific account, so you can talk to the same person if you have any questions or concerns.

  • Positive customer reviews
  • User-friendly online ordering process
  • No hidden fees or “free trials” that cost money later on
  • Professional US-based customer service representatives

  • You’ll need to pay extra fees for important company formation features such as an EIN. Another option is to get an EIN for free on your own.

2. ZenBusiness

ZenBusiness is popular for a reason: the LLC formation service offers exceptional worry-free compliance services and is an established name in the industry. ZenBusiness’s basic package starts at $0* in which you only pay state fees; however, there are more low-cost options out there.

ZenBusiness’s Pro plan costs $199/year (plus state fees) and offers worry-free compliance services and expedited filing. Its Premium package starts at $349/year and includes added features such as a business website.

  • Well-known company formation service
  • Worry-free compliance free first year (Auto-renewal price: $199/yr)
  • Offers a $0* plus state fees plan

  • No free registered agent service
  • Middle and top-tier packages are expensive and you don’t get as much as you do with other providers.

ZenBusiness provides essential LLC services to help get your venture up and running.

3. Tailor Brands

Tailor Brands is another excellent option for Hawaii LLC services. The platform offers three formation packages, but we think its Elite package – $199 plus state fees – is where the company really shines.

One of the key features that makes this plan stand out is the inclusion of powerful AI-driven branding and social media tools. Its logo maker, social media post maker, and business card tools are a step above what you will find with most other services.

  • All-in-one service
  • Powerful AI-driven branding tools
  • Industry-leading logo maker

  • Not a budget-friendly option

Tailor Brands

Tailor Brands provides the best premium, one-stop shop package for entrepreneurs to form an LLC and build their online presence.

4. Bizee (Formerly Incfile)

Bizee is another great option for Hawaii LLC formation services. The services are low-cost, with a $0 (plus state fees) basic tier. It also includes a free year of registered agent services, something you won’t find with every service provider. For those on a budget, Bizee can be a solid choice.

There are some limitations with Bizee, however. Its customer service is not as highly rated as some competitors. It also has limited add-ons like legal services, so if you need certain extras, you will want to look elsewhere.

  • Basic LLC formation available for $0 plus state fees
  • Includes a free year of registered agent service
  • Fast and easy checkout process

  • Can be difficult to get in touch with customer service
