INCORPORATE FAST: KEY CONSIDERATIONS
Founded in 2002, Incorporate Fast, Inc. (also known simply as IncFast) has been helping new business owners form LLCs for nearly two decades. They have a reputation for responsive customer service and quick turn-around time.
In this section, we’ll explore whether Incorporate Fast is a good deal, if there’s a better deal out there, and the experiences of other customers using the service.
Is It a Good Deal?
Incorporate Fast offers a great LLC formation service at a fair price, and they even throw in some nice extra features. However, they aren’t the best-priced service provider out there.
Here are some of the things that make Incorporate Fast stand out:
- Same-day processing for all price tiers
- Free LLC operating agreement included with the Basic package
- Smooth and simple checkout process
- Free year of registered agent service ($120 value)
Who Uses Incorporate Fast?
Any business owner who wants to get their LLC up and running fast, without any hassle, can confidently use IncFast.
Here are some verified reviews from the Better Business Bureau by customers who used Incorporate Fast to launch their business:
“Great company to work with. Very helpful and responsive as many things are time sensitive. Helped us set up 2 companies and both times they made it easy!”
“This is a great company to use for getting an LLC up and running fast! Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.”
“Great company to do business with. Used Incorporate Fast for the first time in February 2018. So pleased with the prompt quality service and great customer care that we just used them to do another incorporation in March 2018.”
Is There a Better Deal to Start My LLC?
Incorporate Fast is a moderately-priced LLC formation provider, and there are a couple other companies that offer a better deal while still providing top-notch service. Our favorites are ZenBusiness and Incfile.
However, if you’re not too concerned about missing out on some extra perks and just want to get your LLC formed, then Incorporate Fast is a decent choice
Incorporate Fast is a good option for your if:
- You really value expedited service
- You don’t mind paying a little extra to set up your LLC
- You don’t mind missing out on some extra features, like a business website and domain name
INCORPORATE FAST: RATINGS HIGHLIGHTS
This section takes an in-depth look at Incorporate Fast’s LLC formation service, in terms of overall value, customer service, ease of use, and included features.
Value - 4/5
Incorporate Fast offers a reasonably-priced Basic LLC formation package. Unlike many other companies, they provide a free year of registered agent service. In addition, IncFast includes a free operating agreement for your LLC, which is required to form in most states. However, sites like howtostartanllc.com offer free DIY LLC operating agreement resources, so it’s not necessarily a lot of extra value.
As far as the Deluxe and Premium packages are concerned, the added features are more like frills. An Employer Identification Number (EIN) can be easily obtained for free, and most banks don’t require a formal resolution in order to open a business bank account.
Customer Service - 5/5
Incorporate Fast excels at customer service. They have solid reviews on the Better Business Bureau, and they have a quick response time for customer inquiries. All of their contact information is prominent on their website. It’s clear they are a customer-focused company.
Ease of Use - 5/5
Another winning trait of Incorporate Fast is their site design and checkout process. You are smoothly taken through four simple phases while forming your LLC, and that’s it. They even let you know exactly when your LLC will be officially formed by the state government.
Included Features - 3/5
The lack of impressive features included along with LLC formation was our biggest complaint. You can get a better deal from other companies out there. That being said, IncFast is far from being the worst option. They offer all customers same-day service, which is a unique perk in the industry, and their basic package is a pretty good deal.
INCORPORATE FAST: PRICING
Similar to most other LLC formation services, Incorporate Fast offers multiple tiers of service: Basic, Deluxe, and Premium.
The Basic package is the best deal, as it includes a free operating agreement, which other companies charge anywhere from $40-100 for. The Deluxe package includes an EIN, but you can easily get one for free from the IRS website. Similarly, the Premium package doesn’t really offer much extra value.
We give a full break-down of the differences between each package below:
Incorporate Fast Basic: $99 + State Fees
Incorporate Fast’s Basic package highlights are:
- Same-day processing (some companies charge for this)
- A free year of registered agent service
- A free operating agreement (this is necessary to form an LLC in some states)
- Access to the IncFast Online Portal (where you can track your business formation and find other business tools)
- E-delivery of your LLC formation documents
Who should purchase the Basic package?
The Basic package is a good deal for the average new business owner. If you like knowing that your LLC is on its way to formation the moment you submit your documents, and you don’t mind paying a little extra, IncFast is for you.
Incorporate Fast Deluxe: $199 + State Fees
IncFast’s mid-level tier includes the same perks as the Basic package, plus:
- A resolution to open a bank account
- LLC membership / stock certificates
- An Employment Identification Number (EIN)
Who should purchase the Deluxe package?
If you are in a rush and don’t want to worry about getting your own EIN later, then the Deluxe package is for you. LLC membership certificates are kind of a novelty; most LLCs won’t need them.
Incorporate Fast Premium: $299 + State Fees
The top-level formation package includes all of the features of the Basic and Deluxe, with the addition of:
- A corporate book (a bound copy of your formation documents)
- A corporate seal
Who should purchase the Premium package?
If you like things that have an official look to them and aren’t too concerned about spending an extra $100, then go for the Premium package. Although corporate seals were once required for official company documents, they’re no longer necessary; now they just add a kind of fancy look to your paperwork.
