MyCorporation has limited standard features in their LLC formation packages, and the more affordable packages don’t come with registered agent services. The company does offer an annual report with all but the lowest-priced package, though.
Similar to most other LLC formation services, MyCorporation offers multiple tiers of service: Basic, Standard, Deluxe, and Premium.
At the lower two tiers, these packages don’t include as many services as other companies’ offerings. As the first tier that offers registered agent services, this is the first package that most businesses should consider. If you have basic LLC formation needs, this may be the right tier.
MyCorporation Premium: $324 + State Fees
The Premium is a robust package that builds on the Deluxe by adding:
- MaintainMyBiz Services for one year
MaintainMyBiz is an annual subscription service priced at $250 per year when purchased separately. With it, you can have up to four filing documents submitted each year. There are 16 different documents to choose from.
Who should purchase the Premium package?
Any business that expects to have ongoing filing needs should seriously consider the Premier Package. If you file even only one or two additional documents in your business’ first year, the package will pay for itself.
