MYCORPORATION: KEY CONSIDERATIONS
MyCorporation was founded in 1998 and has served more than 1 million businesses to date. Many of these customers have rated the company’s services highly, and there are many services available. MyCorporation helps with everything from initial formation to dissolution (if necessary), and offers a range of additional services.
In this section, we’ll explore whether MyCorporation is a good deal, if there’s a better deal out there, and the experiences of other customers using the service.
Is It a Good Deal?
With one of the longest histories in the industry and nearly impeccable reviews, MyCorporation has a proven track record. Their lower tiers don’t include the same standard features as some competitors' offerings, but there are many extras that businesses can add on.
Here’s a quick list of MyCorporation’s main advantages:
- Nearly impeccable customer reviews on multiple review platforms
- Exceptional customer service is available by email and phone
- Many extra services, such as income tax and unemployment insurance assistance
- An annual report is included in the Standard, Deluxe and Premium packages
Who Uses MyCorporation?
MyCorporation is a solid choice for businesses that need more than just incorporating documents. Few other companies in this space offer assistance with stock certificates, member certificates, business insurance, payroll and similar aspects of running a business.
“I love this company. They know exactly what they’re doing and how to help your business become the best and most efficient. Better yet, they deliver exceptional service at a great price! Also, Kellie is very helpful at the office. She’s usually on the phones so make sure to ask for her!”
“Great experience with MyCorporation! They are true professionals and very easy to work with. I specifically worked with Joe and he made it clear right away that this was going to be a pain-free process and it was! Great customer services!”
“Great experience setting up my corporation. Had the best customer service when I needed help and never had to wait too long to talk to someone. Very friendly staff who knew what they were talking about!”
Is There a Better Deal to Start My LLC?
While MyCorporation offers an excellent level of service and lots of optional extras, the company’s basic services are expensive compared to others’. MyCorporation’s lowest-priced package costs $99, and registered agent services start at $224. Incfile’s lowest-priced service is $0 and includes one year of registered agent service. (These prices don’t include state filing fees.)
MyCorporation is a good choice if you need more than incorporating documents and a registered agent. If you have the budget, few other companies offer a similar breadth of services.

This section takes an in-depth look at MyCorporation’s LLC formation service, in terms of overall value, customer service, ease of use, and included features.

With a logical layout and clear forms, the MyCorporation website is intuitive. Even with all of the extra services, it’s still easy to find what you need.

At the lower two tiers, these packages don’t include as many services as other companies’ offerings. The Deluxe comes with one year of registered agent services, which others include with all their offerings. The best value is generally the Premium, which comes with a year of MyCorporations’ subscription-based MaintainMyBiz filing service.
